All of this prevents health problems and psychosomatic symptoms. Beyond the physical practice Yoga focuses on awareness and in how we deal with everyday´s life, ourselves and fellow human beings. It makes us more conscious persons, so that we can better manage the challenges of modern life. Yoga is good for everyone, regardless of age, gender or ethnicity.
