Walking and learning Greek

Walks can be combined with Greek lessons.

Studies have shown that the brain is more receptive during physical activity.
Also Aristotle taught his students while walking.

If you already know some Greek and you want to improve it, we try to speak only Greek during the hike. The accompanying teacher corrects mistakes and explains the underlying grammar if you wish.

For beginners we combine the hike with the first Greek-lessons. While walking, we learn and practice useful phrases for: “ meeting people”, “asking for directions”, and other themes you will need for your holidays in Greece. To enhance your vocabulary we name things along the trail.

At the end of the hike you will get a hand-out with the most important phrases and vocabulary.
